Coverage can vary, and in some cases a provider may only pay part of the claim, any remaining balance would be your responsibility. Our team is happy to answer any questions about insurance or charges.

Dr El-Madany also provides care at Health City at Camana Bay Hospital (HCCB) and Anthony S. Eden Hospital, (CIHSA/GTH) giving you options for your hospital care, surgery and delivery.

Cancelation or postponing

We know life happens—emergencies crop up and plans shift. However, to ensure we can help as many people as possible, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or postpone.

Providing us with sufficient notice allows us to offer that valuable time to another patient who may be waiting for care. When notice is short, it often means a clinical slot goes unused while others are still waiting.

No-Shows

We maintain a firm policy regarding missed appointments without communication. Our practitioners dedicate their time specifically to your care; failing to show up without notice directly impacts our ability to serve the community and other patients in need.

We reserve the right to decline future bookings in the event of repeated missed appointments.

Yes, parking is available for patients of the clinic. Our team can provide guidance if you need directions or assistance when visiting.
